MBA

Man, it has barely been 3 months that i have joined the course of MBA at IMT,Ghaziabad but it seems that a whole lot of generations have passed away since i finished my engg.
life has changed so much, Ayan is not the same guy as he happened to be once, the outlook has completely been transformed, u may call it good or bad , whatever it may be i feel tht it was inevitable.
In engg life the main learning was as to how to manage ur time and life outside home,it taught how to self emerge where u have to stand on ur own feet or take help frm people other than ur parents. here u actually make some relations which last for a lifetime and u get to understand people other than ones in ur home.here u meet with new people, make frns, know them and share a bond which lasts for the whole lifetime. Also the most im thing is u learn to face real harshness and failures and u conjure up expeiences that wil remain wit u for a lifetime. Also many untold things that make up the most erratic things to be done in life is done in this time.
Now coming back to mba u learn to handle people, situation and time where everyone is lookin forward to get rid of others. the program and methodology is such that even the beat frns formed hv to be confrontd on many occasions to out score him/her.this cant be avoided u got to do it fr urself.but it has positive side also, u get to learn about comradeship for achieving a common goal, in a frnly environment. it gets ur guard set up to face real world environment where there is a cat n mouse fight to reach to the top.
what i felt here that the situations are developed here that designs ur role play in such a way, where there is no eay out other than hard work, u got to perfform n matter wht, a serious face f the real world where u hv to b on ur toes for 24hrs.
my frns two years apent in MBA is worth a study,i m takin care to note down the detais f my life here n one day maybe i will b able to tell u my experiences and learnings.
This was to tel my frns that life here is very diff frm wht we faced in engg.so b prepared a new life awaits u once u come in .
